The conditions of publication


The article submitted to the editorial board must correspond to the priority areas of the journal.

To include the article in the plan of the journal next issue, the author should send the text of the article to the editorial office by e-mail (shatl55@mail.ru) in Russian (English) and a photo of the author (s) as a JPEG file with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

Before sending the article to the editorial office, the author assumes that the text of the article is the final version, contains reliable information concerning the results of the research, does not require modifications, and does not contain information that constitutes a state secret.

Authors automatically transfer to the editorial board the rights to reproduce the article (publication, duplication, replication or other reproduction) without limiting the number of copies; to distribute the article in any way; to make changes to the article; to public use of the article and display it for informational, advertising and other purposes. Each copy of the article must contain the author’s name of the the article.

All articles submitted to the editorial board are subject to mandatory review according to the "Regulations on reviewing scientific articles in the journal «Basis»", approved by the editor-in-chief.


The order of presentation and requirements for the design of the manuscript

  1. Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) Code (to determine the UDC, use the website: http://www.udcsummary.info/php/index.php?lang=en).
  2. Information about the author (s) (no more than three authors): last name, first name, patronymic (in full); academic degree and title; honorary title and membership in academies; position and place of work.
  3. Contact phone numbers and e-mail (if there is no personal e-mail address, specify the e-mail address of workplace).
  4. Title of the article (no more than 8 words in capital letters, without red lines, alignment – center, you cannot use the abbreviations and formulas).
  5. The abstract includes: relevance of the research topic, problem statement, research goals, research methods, results and main conclusions (no more than 10 lines, the abstract content should not reproduce the title of the article).
  6. Keywords (from five to seven words and phrases without the concepts decoding characterizing the problems of the article, separated by commas).
  7. Translations into English (Russian) language of paragraphs 2, 4–6.
  8. The text of the article, which includes:
    – introduction (justification of the research topic relevance, a brief analysis of works on this subject, formulated the goal and objectives of the study);
    – methods (experiments/observations schemes and methods description which reproduce their results using only the text of the articles, materials, fixtures, equipment and other experiments/observations conditions);
    – the actual study results (text, tables, graphs, charts, equations, drawings);
    – the interpretation of study results (compliance of the obtained results whis the study hypothesis, study limitations and its results generalization, suggestions for practical application and direction for future research);
    – conclusion (summary of the article sections without repeating, the wording given in them).
  9. Gratitude (gratitude to colleagues for their help, financial support of the study).
  10. The Bibliographic list must be drawn up in the form of a list of references at the end of the article in accordance with GOST R 7.0.100–2018. It is recommended to include at least two and no more than 10 sources (please note that the place, year of publication, publisher's name, number of pages, ISBN or ISSN for each publication).
    It is not recommended to include newspapers, normative documents, and legislative acts in the bibliographic list. If necessary, they should be cited as short footnotes taken out of the text down the page (in a footnote) according to GOST R 7.0.5-2008.
  11. Bibliographic references are given in square brackets in the form of the source ordinal number in the bibliographic list and the citation page, for example: [8, p. 25], other references are short footnotes taken out of the text down the page (in the footnote).
  12. Formulas must be created by using the math package MathType 6 Equation (Microsoft Equation 3.0).
  13. If there are illustrations in the text, they are additionally supplied as separate JPEG files with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. The maximum number of illustrations is 5.
  14. The manuscript should be submitted in MS Word format (with the extension .doc, .docx). The text (7–20 pages) should be typed in 14 pt size at 1,5 intervals on an A4 sheet. Font – Times New Roman. All fields are 2 cm. Paragraph indent (red line) – 1 cm.
  15. Don’t apply document automation tools (automatic hyphenation, numerobathrooms and bulleted lists, styles, etc.)!
  16. Selection of any author's thoughts from the main text of the article is possible only in italics, additional bold text is not allowed.
  17. Abbreviations except for those generally accepted, are not permitted. Abbreviations must be fully deciphered when they are first mentioned (for example: Labor Code of the Russian Federation – LC of the RF).

Manuscripts are not returned. The editorial board does not pay any fees for publishing articles.

The editorial board does not coordinates with the authors on changes and abbreviations of the manuscript that are editorial in nature and do not affect fundamental issues.

Reprint of materials published in the journal is allowed only with the permission of the editor-in-chief. The views of the editorial board and authors may not coincide.
