The conditions of publication


The article submitted to the editorial board should correspond to the priority areas of the journal.

To be included in the plan of the next issue of the journal, the author(s) of the article (no more than three) must send to the editorial office an application for publication of a scientific work by e-mail (shatl55@mail.ru ) in Russian (English) and a photo of the author(s) in the form of a JPEG file with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

Before sending the article to the editorial office, the author undertakes obligations that the text of the article is the final version, contains reliable information regarding the research results, does not require modifications and does not contain information constituting a state secret.

The authors automatically transfer to the editorial board of the journal the rights to reproduce the article (publication, publication, duplication, replication or other reproduction) without limitation of the number of copies; to distribute the article in any way; to make changes to the article; to publicly use the article and demonstrate it for informational, advertising and other purposes. At the same time, each copy of the article must contain the name of the author of the article.

All articles submitted to the editorial office are subject to mandatory review in accordance with the "Regulations on reviewing scientific articles in the journal "Basis", approved by the editor-in-chief.


The order of presentation and requirements for the design of the manuscript


  1. Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) code (to determine the UDC, use the website: http://www.udcsummary.info/php/index.php?lang=ru).
  2. Information about the author(s) (the number of authors is not more than three): surname, first name, patronymic (in full); academic degree and title; honorary title and membership in academies; position and place of work.
  3. Contact phone numbers and e-mail (in the absence of a personal e-mail address, the e-mail address of the place of work is indicated).
  4. The title of the article (no more than 8 words in capital letters, without a red line, alignment is centered, you can not use an abbreviation and a form).
  5. The abstract of the article includes: relevance of the research topic, problem statement, research objectives, research methods, results and main conclusions (no more than 10 lines, the abstract content should not reproduce the title of the article).
  6. Keywords (five to seven words and phrases without deciphering the concepts characterizing the problems of the article, separated by commas).
  7. Translation into English (Russian) of paragraphs 2, 4-6.
  8. The text of the article, which includes:

    – introduction (substantiation of the relevance of the research topic, a brief analysis of the work on this issue, formulated the purpose and objectives of the study);

    – methods (description of methods and schemes of experiments / observations that allow reproducing their results, using only the text of the article, materials, instruments, equipment and other conditions for conducting experiments/observations);

    – the actual results of the study (text, tables, graphs, diagrams, equations, figures);

    – interpretation of the obtained research results (correspondence of the obtained results to the research hypothesis, limitations of the study and generalization of its results, suggestions for practical application and direction of future research);

    – conclusion (summary of the sections of the article without repeating the formulations given in them).

  9. Acknowledgements (appreciation to colleagues for help, gratitude for financial support of the research).
  10. The bibliographic list must be drawn up as a list of references at the end of the article in accordance with GOST R 7.0.100–2018, it is recommended to include at least two and no more than 10 sources (please note the place, year of publication, publisher's name, number of pages, ISBN or ISSN for of each edition).

    It is not recommended to include newspapers, regulatory documents, and legislative acts in the bibliographic list. If necessary, citations are made as short footnotes taken from the text down the page (in a footnote) according to GOST R 7.0.5-2008.

  11. Bibliographic references are given in square brackets in the form of the ordinal number of the source in the bibliographic list and the citation page, for example: [8, p. 25], others links are short footnotes taken out of the text at the bottom of the page (in a footnote).
  12. Formulas must be created using the mathematical package MathType 6 Equation (Microsoft Equation 3.0).
  13. If there are illustrations in the text, they are additionally supplied as separate JPEG files with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. The number of illustrations is no more than 5.
  14. The manuscript is submitted in MS Word format (with the extension.doc, .docx). The text (7-20 pages) should be typed in 14 pt size in 1.5 intervals on an A4 sheet. Font – Times New Roman. All fields are 2 cm. The paragraph indentation (red line) is 1 cm.
  15. Do not use document automation tools (automatic hyphenation, numbered and bulleted lists, styles, etc.)!
  16. Highlighting any of the author's thoughts from the main text of the article is possible only in italics, additional highlighting in bold is not allowed.
  17. Abbreviations of words other than the generally accepted ones are not allowed. Abbreviations should be fully deciphered when they are first mentioned.

The manuscripts are not returned. The editorial board does not pay royalties for the publication of articles. The editorial board does not coordinate with the authors changes and abbreviations of the manuscript that are editorial in nature and do not address fundamental issues.

Reprinting of materials published in the journal is allowed only with the permission of the editor-in-chief. The points of view of the editors and the authors may not agree.


For authors who do not have an academic degree

Additionally, a signed and certified review of an article by a candidate or doctor of Sciences (pdf file) is provided.

The latter is not required if the article is published in collaboration with a candidate or Doctor of Sciences.
